Health Guidelines

All Women are welcome to attend our small group tours

• Before travelling for your tour please check state governments travel rules for up-to-date information

• If you are feeling unwell or showing any signs or symptoms of illness before the tour, please get in contact with the tour operator so they know your plans of not traveling to attend a tour.

• If you are feeling unwell during your tour, you will inform the tour guide and follow their instructions so we can keep the who group safe.

• You understand and accept that She Explores Adventure Tours cannot guarantee that during your trip that you will not be exposed to any viruses

• You understand and accept that She Explores Adventure Tours has the best interest of the group, staff and communities visited, health and safety and will follow directions of the tour guide.

• You will practice good hand hygiene, washing hands regularly and or sanitizing.

• She Explores Adventure is not responsible for any costs associated with isolation measures.

• You understand and accept that if the guide concludes that someone in the group is unwell this may result in the trip being cut short for the entire group. You understand and accept that this could result in not participating in the remainder of the tour and being responsible for any additional costs associated with isolation measures.

* There are some unavoidable hazards to passengers associated with tour travel, for example, Exposure to bacteria, pathogens, and viruses, including the coronavirus, despite all of the following precautionary measures and passengers take part in. She Explores Adventure Tours is not liable for claims, demands, and damages related to any exposure to bacteria, pathogens, viruses, and coronavirus.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A binding agreement is made between you and She Explores Adventure once a booking is made. By booking a trip you agree to its terms and conditions relating to cancellation policies, limitations, and liabilities. The Terms and Conditions affect your rights to any disputes.

A booking is confirmed and definite once you receive a confirmation email accepting your registration with the deposit amount. At this stage a contract is now agreed on between you and She Explores Adventure Tours. 

You must be 18 years of age to participate in She Explores Adventure for Women.

You must be a woman to participate in She Explores Adventure Tours as this is a small group women’s tour.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Please inform She Explores Adventure Tours in the booking process of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability that may affect their fitness level during the tour.

FINAL PAYMENT

Depending on the event the final balances is due on sign up or for bigger event final balance is due 30 days prior to the trip start date. This can be paid BSB or credit card to She Explores Adventure Tours.

If a booking is made within 30 days of departure, then the total trip price is payable directly at point of booking.

If you have not paid the final balance by the due date than your spot on the tour cannot be guaranteed and deposit will be lost. She Explores Adventure Tours will contact the client via email of the trip cancellation.   

MULTI DAY EVENT CANCELLATIONS

ILLNESS CANCELLATIONS 

Travellers who cancel due to being unwell must send us an email in regards to their circumstances.

​

If you cancel 1- 14 days before your tours scheduled trip date you will received a credit towards a future multi day trip booked within the year to date of your cancelled trip date. This credit will incur a 35% admin fee and you'll have to cover the cancellation cost of any private 3rd party activities we made throughout the trip.

If you cancel 14- 21 days before your tours scheduled trip date you will received a credit towards a future multi day trip booked within the year to date of your cancelled trip date. This credit will incur a 20% admin fee and you'll have to cover the cancellation cost of any private 3rd party activities we made throughout the trip.

Illness cancellations between 21- 60 days before your trip receive a credit towards a future multi day trip booked within the year to date of your cancelled trip. This credit will incur a 20% admin fee and you'll have to cover the cancellation cost of any private 3rd party activities we made throughout the trip.

If the multi day tour you transferred to costs a higher price you pay the difference and if the tour you transferred to cost less we will reimburse you. You have 1 year from the date of the original trip to organize your rescheduled tour.

NON-ILLNESS RELATED CANCELLATION

If you cancel 1- 14 days before your tours scheduled trip date you will received NO credit or refund.

If you cancel 14- 21 days before your tours scheduled trip date you will received a credit towards a future multi day trip booked within the year to date of your cancelled trip date. This credit will incur a 50% admin fee and you'll have to cover the cancellation cost of any private 3rd party activities we made throughout the trip.

Cancellations from 21 days or more before your trip receive a credit towards a future multi day trip booked within the year to date of your cancelled trip. This credit will incur a 35% admin fee and you'll have to cover the cancellation cost of any private 3rd party activities we made throughout the trip.

If the multi day tour you transferred to costs a higher price you pay the difference and if the tour you transferred to cost less we will reimburse you. You have 1 year from the date of the original trip to organize your rescheduled tour.

No refund will be provided if you fail to join the event or if you leave before completion

EVENT OPERATOR CANCELLATIONS

Note: If a tour is cancelled by She Explores Adventure that you booked due to unforeseeable circumstances you will receive a credit of 100% of what you have paid. You can use that credit towards an future tour with the departure date within a year.

Once we have our minimum group size booked then we are guaranteed for our trip to depart.  She Explores Adventure Tours has the right to cancel a trip for any reason due to unforeseeable circumstances or not enough group members booked.

If this is the case the client has a few options:

• A substitute tour equivalent or higher price and pay any difference in price between original tour purchased.

• A substitute tour of lower price and She Explores Adventure Tours will refund you the difference from your original tour purchased.

Or you can receive a full refund. She Explores Adventure Tours is not responsible for any expenses or losses that the Client may incurred because of the booking.

EVENT POLICY​

By booking with She Explores Adventure, you accept that adventure travel and the services offered may involve risks in your safety. You accept responsibility for all risks and release responsibility on She Explores Adventure Tours, no claims of causes from injury, damage, loss, or death results will be made.

You agree to the itinerary provided for your tour and acknowledge personal risk and challenges to your own personal capabilities in the adventurous activities provided.

You understand that traveling during this time you may be exposed to the Covid-19 virus. She Explores Adventure Tours will take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of the tour group.

You agree to follow the laws and regulations of Australia. She Explores Adventure is allowed to evict you from the tour if they believe you are committing an illegal act which could cause harm to others. She Explores Adventure Tours will not provide a refund if you are evicted from the tour.

If damage, destruction, or theft is caused to property of She Explores Adventure you are responsible for costs.

UPDATING OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Changes to Terms and Conditions may occur at any time.

HEALTH & FITNESS

Many of our trips educe a lot of physical activity so we suggest that you are reasonably fit and only challenge yourself to your own personal capabilities.

If you are affected by any medical condition that may affect your enjoyment on the tour, please advise She Explores Adventure Tours at the time of your booking. If your health changes in between booking the tour and the tour departure date, please let She Explores Adventure know so we can make any changes to your profile.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

During She Explores Adventure Tours photos and videos may be taken and some of these images may be used to for the business on the website or any social media platform. If you do not want your photo to be used, please request in writing not to have any material of you used in She Explores Adventure Tours distribution. Otherwise, you agree that She Explores Adventure Tours may use your photos perpetually, royalty-free, worldwide, and a permanent license is used to share these photos.

Policy for Sound Healing Events 

Thank you for choosing to attend our sound healing event. Please read and understand the following policy before booking your session.

1. Booking Policy Once you have booked your session, your booking cannot be cancelled, I value my commitment to you, and request that you value your commitment to yourself also.

2. If, in the event, you are no longer able to join, you may transfer your ticket to a friend but notify Megan. 

3. If, in the event is cancelled by the facilitator you will receive a full refund on your ticket.

4. Cautions please be aware that sound healing can have powerful effects on the mind and body. While it can be a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience, it may not be suitable for everyone. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before attending the session. We will not be held responsible for any adverse effects resulting from your attendance.

5. Liability Waiver By attending our sound healing event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the above cautions and accept full responsibility for your own well-being. You also agree to release us from any liability for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of your attendance.

6. Photography and Videography may be taken and some of these images may be used to for the business on the website or any social media platform. If you do not want your photo to be used, please request in writing not to have any material of you used in our distribution. Otherwise, you agree that we may use your photos perpetually, royalty-free, worldwide, and a permanent license is used to share these photos.

7. Arrival Time Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for registration and to prepare for the session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeited booking.
